Regular Worship Services

Each Sunday morning at 11:00 am.
Each Sunday night at 6:00 pm.
(Lunch is served every 1st Sunday following morning worship service.)

 

Special Meetings

March Meeting! Lord willing, the Original Upper Canoochee Association will have its first general meeting of 2008 on March 28th-30th at Union Primitive Baptist Church in Swainsboro, Georgia. Meeting times are Friday & Saturday 10:30 a.m. & 7:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:30 a.m. Accommodations are available in members' homes or in local motels if you so desire. The meeting house is located approximately four to five miles southwest of Swainsboro on Hwy 56 West. We cordially invite all to attend, especially our ministering brethren. Annual Meeting! Lord willing, Vidalia Old Line Primitive Baptist Church will host her annual meeting May 15th-18th, 2008. Communion will be Thursday night, May 15th at 7:00pm. Beginning Friday morning Elder David Montgomery from San Antonio, Texas and Elder Luke Addison from Smithdale, Mississippi will be with us to preach. Services will be Friday 11:00 a.m. & 7:00 p.m.; same schedule for Saturday; and Sunday 11:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m. Dinner will be served each day following morning services. Supper will be served at 6:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday evenings.

Singing School! Lord willing, Vidalia Old Line Primitive Baptist Church will host her first shaped notes singing school June 16th-21st, 2008. Brother James and Sister Virginia Fields from Booneville, Arkansas will be our instructors. Session schedules will be forthcoming. We are tentatively planning morning and evening sessions each day. Accommodations are available. We encourage both young and old to attend and enjoy this time of fellowship and learning.
